Diffinitive offers ColdFusion and Co-location program.
March 18, 1998: Diffinitive Technologies Inc. (DTI) has launched its own hosting infrastructure in Long Island, NY. This new infrastructure includes redundant servers, Windows NT servers running IIS and Netscape Enterprise Server, and Cold Fusion 3.0.
"We’ve been developing a lot of Internet sites that require dedicated hosting and database connectivity. Since security is also a growing concern we have added firewall security and assisted clients in migrating to a co-located situation." said Vijay Nath, President of Diffinitive. "Now these clients have machines dedicated to their data and they do not have to worry about sharing resources with others. Also, since we manage and maintain their servers for them - they don't have a huge overhead due to this hosting."
Cold Fusion Hosting
Diffinitive is providing custom hosting programs for Cold Fusion 3.0 hosting (.cfm) including ODBC access for MS Access, MS Foxpro, MS SQL Server and dBaseIV databases. Hosting includes free access to email and file management utilities for Cold Fusion.
