Client Situation:This DTI client needed a site (www.primecontactinc.com) where they could deliver up-to-the minute details on the various sales and marketing programs offered by Prime Contact Inc.
Client Problem:
Prime Contact Inc. offers over 20 custom sales, marketing and project management programs in the areas of Inbound/Outbound TeleServices and Direct Marketing through conventional methods and the Internet.
They required a fully administerable/editable website where they could deliver up-to-the-minute information to their clients and prospects on each of their programs.
They also needed a password protected area to communicate updates and program statistics in real-time to their clients (extranet).
Diffinitive Solution:
Diffinitive developed and implemented the following solution:
- A database backend was developed that displayed program contents using cutom templates.
- An Extranet was customized based on DTI-ClubMan and DTI-MySite to delver personalised and secure content to their clients. This Extranet allowed clients to login and view their program details, statistics and progress in realtime, keeping the clients current and involved.
- An secure adminstration area was customized using DTI-ContentMan where Prime Contact could remotely manage their website without delays. Authorized changes mage to any of their website content would be made as soon as they were made. Additionally, they could view, edit and download all client statistics into MS Excel (.csv) for synchronization with their in-house spreadsheets.
